Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

By registering for a training course organised by Dexnova Learning you agree to the following training cancellation and rescheduling policy regardless of whether such registration was made through the Dexnova Learning website(s) or via email, telephone, or any other means. 

Dexnova Learning reserves the right to reschedule, cancel or change the location of an event due to insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events. In case Dexnova Learning cancels an event, a refund will be paid to the client depending on the circumstance or clients can switch their course for another program. 

In case Dexnova Learning reschedules/change location an event, new date/location option(s) will be communicated to affected clients within the shortest possible time.  

If a cancellation or rescheduling is done by a client: the following conditions will apply: 

  • Clients can reschedule their training to a later date free of charge if the reschedule is made more than 1 month prior to the start of the course (subject to availability of seat). 
  • Cancellation received less than one month before commencement of the programme attracts 25% surcharge of total course fees. Client may be given an option of sending an alternative participant.  
  • Cancellation received less than two weeks before commencement of the programme attracts 50% surcharge of total course fees. Client may be given an option of sending an alternative participant. 
  • Rescheduling a training less than 10 working days prior to the start of the course attracts 10% rescheduling fee. 
  • Rescheduling a training less than 5 working days prior to the start of the course attracts 20% rescheduling fee. 
  • Not showing for class without prior notification attract no refund. 
  • Please confirm your class before making travel arrangements. Should a course require cancellation or change in location, Dexnova Learning is not responsible nor liable for any costs arising directly or indirectly from such change based on your travel arrangements. 
  • One substitute is permitted per registrant for the entire course; daily substitutions are not permitted. Dexnova Learning must be notified by email at enquiries@dexnovalearning.com prior to the first day of the course when a substitution will occur. 
  • Discounted training and promotional offers do not include refund. 
  • No training booking will be final and confirmed until the full amount is paid. 
  • No refunds shall be given for the cancellation of eLearning courses no matter when cancellation is notified to us if the E-learning licence has been sent to the client.
